Let me get drunk for once
For I want to look out of the door
Let the raindrops fall on my cheeks
For I want the breeze to penetrate my soul
Let my head pop out of the window
For I want the infinite stars to fill my eyes
Let my feet walk the wildernesses
For I want them to feel the world
Let my hands touch the oceans
For I don’t want them to stop at the Riverside
I want my mind to stop thinking too much
For I once want my heart to do that work
I want to take different paths
For I want to explore me more and more

I want to dance where no one does
I want to climb the hills so high
I want to dive in the oceans beneath
For it have been so long now
That I have been tied to the norms
The norms that were not even made by me
So now I will break them
Now I will set me free
And I will fly just like a bird
I will fly till where I can see
For why should we all
Need the rules at all to live
Why can’t we just tackle ourselves
And live it on our terms

So just for once let me get drink
Drink of myself
Drink of hopes and dreams
Drink of life.
